**Area of Work: Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville) and surrounding areas (Own vehicle and license, NOT OPTIONAL). There may be some travel to Lindsay, Port Hope, Peterborough on very rare occasions.**

The Property Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of customer service within our rental properties. This position offers a flexible working schedule and ability to work from home.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Property Manager in day to day operations;
- Prepare tenant documents as needed - rent receipts, rent increases, notice of termination
- Assist Leasing Agent with Marketing of rental units, lease preparation as required
- Assist with onboarding of new clients
- Update / maintain tenant contact list
- Assist with companies systems - QBO, Building Stack
- Assist with annual house inspections (taking pictures with app), move-out inspections.
- Lead utility reconciliations
- Documents processes, look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Assist with viewings when required
- Site visits as required, ad hoc requests
- Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act considered an asset

**Abilities and Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster strong working relationships
- Attention to detail is a top priority
- Able to work independently, a self-starter and takes pride in the delivery of excellent resident services;
- Advanced computer skill - proficient with Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Quickbooks
- Proactive and dedicated; takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion
- Detail oriented, exceptionally organized, and strong ability to understand the priority of tasks independently
