Oshawa, Canada Stoneridge Property Management Full time

**Wages**: $25 / hour

**Hours per Week**: 20 hours; 2 evenings per week & 1 weekend day, some day time hours

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Area of Work**: Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville) and surrounding areas **(Must have own vehicle and G license required, NOT OPTIONAL).** There may be some travel to Lindsay, Port Hope, Peterborough on very rare occasions.

**LEASING ASSISTANT**

Stoneridge Property Management provides assistance to landlords within Durham Region and surrounding areas, for single family as well as multiple unit dwellings. We strive to always give the best service to our property owners and tenants. We have been in business since 2015 and continue to grow year after year.
- Prior Leasing experience for a in a property management or real estate capacity
- Highly organized & motivated; ability to be timely and punctual with responses and viewings
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently, a self-starter and takes pride in the delivery of excellent resident services
- Detail oriented, exceptionally organized, and strong ability to understand the priority of tasks independently
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant regulations an asset
- Disciplined and professional

**Responsibilities are**:

- Coordinating appointments for viewings and showing units to prospective tenants
- Qualifying prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as renters
- Assist with Marketing of rental units in line with current policies & procedures
- Assist with ensuring the premises is move-in ready for residents by agreed-upon date
- Assist with taking marketing photos as required
- Preparing lease agreements
- Ad hoc requests as needed; assist with annual inspection process, and other aspects required within the company

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
