Children’s Centre Thunder Bay works together with families, caregivers and a community of partners to make a real difference in the quality of life of children and youth. We are an accredited, not-for-profit organization providing treatment and support services for children and youth, from birth to 18 years, who are experiencing behavioural, emotional, developmental or social difficulties.

The Centre is currently seeking to fill the following position:
Supervisor, District Services Coordination
Management Position - One Full Time, One-Year Contract Position
Benefits, Hospital of Ontario Pension Plan

**Responsibilities**:
As the Supervisor, District Service Coordination, you will play a vital role in advancing a coordinated approach to district services. In this role, you will facilitate and conduct work to improve and ensure a integrated delivery of child & youth services in the District. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program, Thunder Bay Youth Wellness Hub and district partners, you will be the lead to ensure that all voices are heard and that diverse perspectives are integrated into the decision-making process.
This is a systems level position that works with numerous parties both within the city and district to meet diverse needs through inclusive, accessible, equitable, and culturally safe practices. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is eager to lead, innovate, and collaborate on a range of district initiatives that are vital to our communities.

**Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Required**:
The Supervisor of District Services Coordination position requires:

- Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field is preferred or a combination of education and experience in system leadership, clinical practice and/or supervision and/or leadership.
- Strong coordination skills and a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding the district and region.
- District connections and understanding the complexities of service delivery are considered an asset.
- Compressed work week option available, with travel semi-weekly in the district followed by time off.
- Frequent travel to the district is required to strengthen connections and facilitate coordination.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the City, District and region.
- Ability to work flexibly based on project needs.
