**Summary**

We are seeking a Project Overseer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing projects at a residential house. This position is essential for ensuring that our projects run smoothly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee project activities from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with owner.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress against goals.
- Identify potential risks and issues within projects and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and getting things done.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Evening shift
