**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via online chat, answering questions and providing assistance.
- Offer accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure a professional and helpful interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable using chat support software and learning new tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, customer-centric approach.
