Online Receptionist/live Chat

Edmonton, Canada Tiger Machining Inc. Full time

The Receptionist/Live Chat will be responsible for providing reception and live chat support in a professional manner.

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries & pickups.
- Prepare paperwork for work orders (Drawings, Inspection Sheets, Travelers, etc.)
- Job traveler filing.
- Assist with purchasing of shop supplies.
- Updating safety certifications monthly

Knowledge and Skills:

- Related office experience is an asset, but not required.
- Accuracy & attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
- Problem solving and prioritizing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
