Section A - Specific Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to:

- Participate and council the program manager, management team and pharma manufacturers in the program development and optimization.
- Rapidly and proactively identify program issues; promptly recommend solutions based on customer feedback, own judgment and research; and solve problems that impact the management and direction of the program.
- Offer high quality, empathetic and efficient service to pharmacists, HCPs and patients requiring non-clinical support as per program scope.
- Track and document patient, pharmacy or relevant customer data using the appropriate computer system and by using proper grammar and spelling in both official languages.
- Work independently and with limited supervision to attain and surpass program objectives and KPIs. Be proactive and take initiative to achieve customer expectations.
- Maintain and develop new relationships and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including Pharmacists, Physicians, Nurses and Patient Associations.
- Liaise with multiple business units to coordinate, set up, and lead team meetings while providing valuable insight and updates on program related activities.
- Support the development of marketing materials and training documentation for the program.
- Defines, tracks, analyzes and reports program activity and KPIs by developing a dashboard, as applicable.
- Develop program SOPs, manuals and guidelines for internal and external program stakeholders.
- Ensure program SOPs are completed, documented and stored according to McKesson privacy and data storage policies.
- Ensure that queries are answered promptly and efficiently and that stakeholders receive relevant information and assistance.

Section B - General Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a team environment by maintaining open lines of communication with peers, managers, and other departments.
- Ensure all privacy and confidentiality requirements are followed while developing and implementing innovative programs.
- Understand public policy and stay well informed of market trends and changing provincial legislation within the Canadian provinces.
- Remain up-to-date on all training requirements. Maintain expert knowledge and skills through the availability of medical and non-medical education & training.
- Participate and assist in departmental continuous improvement activities related to process, quality, training, etc.
- Proactively assess programs and make suggestions to enhance outcomes and quality of service.
- Maintain program data accuracy through review of program documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Work with your manager to maintain and update personal performance and development goals.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$62,100 - $103,500
