The Position

Patient Services Manager

Location: Roche Pharma Mississauga (this is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office a majority of the time).

As a Patient Services Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, driving the end-to-end success of our Patient Support Programs (PSPs). This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to shape strategy, design innovative solutions, and ensure patients receive the best possible care and access.

You'll be a vital strategic partner to our therapeutic area squads, translating their vision into comprehensive PSP strategies. From initial setup to continuous improvement, you'll manage every aspect, working with vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences. Your keen eye for detail will ensure optimal patient uptake, while your commitment to robust data collection will generate invaluable insights. You'll champion compliance, effectiveness, and financial stewardship, always keeping the patient at the forefront.

The Opportunity:

- Translating high-level product strategies into the end-to-end design, implementation, or shutdown of patient support programs.

- Consulting with external customers and patients to ensure program designs deliver a best-in-class experience and optimal access.

- Ensuring data and insights are captured to inform stakeholder decisions.

- Implementing digitalization, automation, and new technologies to improve the patient journey and program efficiency.

- Leading the complete monitoring of programs, reviewing key performance indicators, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

- Managing program financials, including forecasts, budgets, and invoices, while ensuring alignment with contracts.

- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance by leading business reviews with vendors and resolving issues.

Who You Are:

- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a Life Science related field.

- You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in patient support programs (including reimbursement) within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- You demonstrate exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze data, manage financials, and drive programs from development to execution.

- You are a proven collaborator and influencer with a strong patient-first mindset, capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships.

- You possess excellent organizational skills, adapt quickly to a fast-paced and changing environment.

- You demonstrate a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders.

Preferred:

- You have both vendor and manufacturer PSP experience.

- You preferably hold an advanced degree (MBA, MSc).

- You have relevant commercial experience (sales, marketing, medical).

- You possess Project Management experience.

- You are preferably Bilingual (English/French).

Relocation benefits are not provided for this role.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
