**Job Overview**
Retail Staff & Gift Basket Artist:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, assisting with product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Kitchen Staff:
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products that complement customer purchases.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide support for technology sales by demonstrating product functionality and answering customer inquiries.
- BOH Kitchen prep work, following recipes, maintaining a clean work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary.
- A passion for technology sales is beneficial, particularly if engaging with tech-savvy customers.
- A back ground in the arts or an artist approach would be a benefit.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $16.95-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
