**Cégep de Sept-Île**s is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support and assistance to our customers through live chat interactions. Your main goal will be to engage customers, answer their inquiries, and provide them with accurate information about our products and services. This role requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent written communication skills.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and offering solutions. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and deliver exceptional service at all times. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a great communicator, and enjoy problem-solving, we would love to have you on our team
**Responsibilities**

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat interactions.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
Identify and resolve customer issues, offering appropriate solutions and escalating if necessary.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience as a live chat agent or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Familiarity with live chat software or customer support ticketing systems.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging customer interactions.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
