**Summary**

The expectation of this position is that the employee performs their duties and responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner. Furthermore, the expectation is to perform these duties while working as a part of a team.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Execute and manage marketing programs, promotions, and strategies.
- Manage and implement vibrant social media campaigns and analyze the data to determine opportunities
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures and websites.
- Create excitement around available marketing programs and promotions; measure, track and communicate results to Director of Operations on ongoing basis.
- Stay up to date on online posts/blogs - follow up with online customer comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage all communication and marketing materials.
- Maintain strong collaborative working relationships with the client.
- Work with unit managers and associates to help them understand the importance of the success of strategies.

**Language Skills**
- French is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient with social media, such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing plans associated with food and or food brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have an energetic, outgoing, and proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
