Our Purchaser role isn’t just about successfully processing orders; it’s about becoming a strategic partner to our diverse team in centralizing our procurement efforts to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisitions of essential materials, goods, and services that keep our operations and projects on track.

What They'll Do:

- Spearhead Procurement: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for a variety of goods and services, from the initial requisition to final delivery across multiple business units and locations.
- Champion Value: Leverage your sharp negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and quality. Driving the cost-effectiveness without compromising our standards.
- Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key suppliers, ensure reliability and fostering collaborative innovation.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate closely with our business unit teams, understanding their unique needs, anticipating requirements, and providing expert procurement guidance.
- Drive Efficiency: Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to streamline processes, management competing priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a dynamic, centralized purchasing environment.
- Uphold Excellence: Ensure all procurement activities align with Threeosix policies, ethical standards, and project timeline.
- 3-5 years experience in a purchasing or procurement roles, with a strong preference for experience in a centralized model for multiple locations and teams.
- Confident and effective negotiator with demonstrated win-win outcomes.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Ability to excel at building rapport and working effectively with diverse teams.

Pay: $81,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
