Based in Burlington, as a Business System Applications Specialist in our business excellence organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of digital technologies and processes to transform our partners and clients' activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement digital solutions that align with our organizations' strategic objectives.

**Role+Responsibilities
- Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems and processes within client organizations
- Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization and our channel partners.
- Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization and channel partners.
- Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed.
- Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement.
- Support analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains through digital solutions
- Assess and recommend digital tools and technologies that support the desired transformation, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Handling of business systems incidents and requests.

**Qualification+Profile
- Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems Experience with B2B integration
