**What You’ll Do**
Gyptech is seeking a **Syteline Business Specialist** to support users in the Infor Syteline ERP environment. Your role will involve:
- Assisting with the ongoing design, configuration, support, and testing of the Infor Syteline / Factory Track systems.
- Ensuring business requirements are adequately documented, providing follow-up, and following the process flow for the implementation of new functionality
- Efficiently resolving data integrity issues and ensuring accurate and detailed testing of problems / solutions are performed.
- Developing technical solutions to meet business requirements and recommending paths for improvement.
- Facilitating all data inquiries, import and export requests, including ad-hoc and data analytic reports via Microsoft Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, or similar tools as appropriate.
- Supporting the implementation and usage of Syteline in our global offices.
This position is based out of our head office in Burlington with a potential for international travel.
**What You Offer**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working with Infor Syteline software.
- Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing sector.
