Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting QuickBooks
- Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting activities.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Support bookkeeping activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for financial documents.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assist in budgeting processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: $15.80-$29.33 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
