**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED**
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a digital focus.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and B2B marketing strategies.

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED**
- Familiarity with marketing tools and concepts such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and social media tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Knowledge of the travel/tourism industry is a plus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and execute content updates and campaigns across channels.
- Manage and execute daily operations of our social media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on strategic goals and deliverables.
- Manage website development tickets and monitor performance analytics to enhance user experience.
- Engage with the travel advisor community to understand their needs and provide high-quality resources.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, well-written, and tailored to the audience.
- Support emergency response efforts, ensuring clear and timely communication during crises.

**ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT**

The function of the Channel Marketing / Sales Department is to generate demand for the Globus family of brands’ travel products amongst the travel trade and consumers in the US and Canada. This includes campaign planning and execution, promotional planning and direction, content management, external communication to our key audiences, and strategic direction for product. Key internal audiences include Marketing, Communications, Inside and Outside Sales, Product, Operations, and IT across North America.
