**Responsibilities**:

- The Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for overseeing all EHS & Security activities.
- Ensures compliance with federal and provincial codes.
- Conducting accident investigations.
- Maintaining an EHS & Security audit system, delivering training, participating in planning/budgeting, and creating environmental programs.
- Ensures that the company's security program meets expectations and participates in developing a controlled goods program.
- Must model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety, and environmental management practices.
- The job may require working outside of regular business hours and periodic business travel.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and internal databases.
- Must be willing to participate in various company supplied training.
- Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment, and travel to other StandardAero sites.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- A post-secondary education in business or a related field is desirable.
- 1-3 years of occupational health and safety experience is a plus.
