_**BIS Safety Software**_ is a fast-paced, high-growth software company providing solutions for the safety industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our People and Culture department.

This role is an in-person position in our Sherwood Park office.
- Advanced with their computing skills, including Microsoft office skills, social media, etc.
- Highly organised with an ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities
- A superior written and verbal communicator
- Skilled at working professionally, effectively, and collaboratively with others
- Excellent with their attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-first mentality
- A great listener and problem-solver
- Someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and loves to share ideas for improvement
- A self-starter with the ability to handle a diverse workload
- Building proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for priority business areas
- Searching for and communicating with past applicants about new job opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar Talent Acquisition role
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or similar field is considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
