**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Human Resources including Payroll. Manage payroll entries, related reports, vacation tracking, and employee benefits administration. Assist in the preparation of new hire paperwork and offer letters.
- Accounts receivable, payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, deposits, journal entries, tax filings.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
- Coordinate IT service, manage IT needs and equipment
- Expertisedigital filling for HR and administration records, software support and maintenance.
- As needed develop and implement new administrative systems to streamline processes.
- Assist with special projects and various administrative tasks.
- Assist with general office duties including ordering office supplies, maintenance of office area.
- Assist with management of facilities and building maintenance, liaise with landlord, contractors, and service companies.

**Qualifications**

Education & Experience:

- Business related degree or diploma with minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business administration capacities and Human Resources

**Skills**:

- Assertive, self-starter, results oriented creative thinker.
- Positive approach, strong relationship builder, creative and ability to work without supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills, attention to details.
- Above average IT/computer skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent, approx. 32 hours week. Salary: 40,000-50,000 depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-36 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (required)
