Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff
- Prepare, update, and maintain employment contracts, agreements, and payroll/benefits administration
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures for compliance, privacy, health, and safety
- Support performance reviews, professional development, and support plans
- Mediate staff concerns and foster a positive, inclusive, and healthy workplace culture
- Advise on employment law, regulatory changes, and HR best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in healthcare, physiotherapy, or community services
- Thorough understanding of BC employment law and healthcare regulation
- Strong communication, organization, and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting a small business or clinical environment

**Compensation**:

- Approx. 12 hours/week; **either employee (with pro-rated benefits/stat pay) or contractor model (hourly rate negotiable)**:

- Flexible schedule; on-site and remote work options available

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
