Reporting to the Director, Library & Learning Commons, the Academic Drop in Facilitator operate academic drop-ins for students in need of extra help at the Welland campus location. We seek enthusiastic and eager facilitators to support drop-in sessions for diploma and degree students who require support in their studies where math and science are requirements. Facilitators provide assistance on an individual basis to students during scheduled, open drop-in sessions and may need to work with several students at one time.

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably related to math and/or science
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population
- Enthusiastic and able to engage the students they are helping at the level that bests suits the students
- Evidence of commitment to student success and academic excellence
