Steer Friends is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and facilitating daily activities for individuals with disabilities and complex care needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement daily programs and activities for individuals with disabilities and complex care needs
- Facilitate and lead activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program attendance, participant progress, and feedback
- Collaborate with other team members and community organizations to ensure the needs of participants are met
- Attend meetings, trainings, and events as needed to further professional development and represent Steer Friends

**Requirements**:

- Graduate of a degree/program in developmental services, recreation, therapeutic recreation or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex care needs
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those with disabilities
- First Aid and CPR Level A or higher
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
