**What We Are Looking For**:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The roles and responsibilities of the **Project Manager** include, but are not limited to:

- Overall accountability to project delivery
- Create and Maintain detailed Project Plan with clearly defined tasks and milestones.
- Communication Management between business units, teams, and customers - project status, risks, open issues, non-business, and product related communications
- Status Report to teams, leadership, and customer; monitoring and tracking of the Project Objectives.
- Risk Management
- Dependency Management
- Follow and mange SDLC in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on strategic goals and impact.
- Break down project items into clear project specifications, including testing plans.
- Assist with testing product functionality.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Familiarity with Python and MySQL
- 3+ years experience in testing methodologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Data driven and decisive.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical background and ability to focus on the technical aspects of the project.
- Previous experience with Ecommerce systems an asset
- Ability to influence.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
