**Appliance Service Technician**

Join Applaince Heroes. as an Appliance Technician and showcase your expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical service to our valued customers while upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service.

**Duties**:

- Diagnose and repair premium residential appliances both in customers' homes and in the shop when necessary.
- Able to repair and service appliances including microwaves, stoves, dryers, washers, dishwashers, and refrigeration sealed systems.
- Trace electrical circuits, interpret schematics, and conduct tests to identify shorts and grounds effectively.
- Attend manufacturer training sessions to stay updated on new products and technologies in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair with demonstrated technical proficiency.
- Gas Technician B license required
- Possession of an ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) card.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Sealed System Mechanics including r134a and r600a refrigerants.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Delta, BC V4G 1K7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
