**Receptionist - Be the First Impression of Our Real Estate Team**

At Houston Realty.ca, we are a boutique Calgary real estate brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and building strong relationships in our community. We’re looking for a Receptionist to be the friendly face and reliable support at the heart of our office.
**Your Role**: As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors. You’ll help create a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring day-to-day office activities run efficiently.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Greeting and assisting clients, agents, and visitors
- Managing appointments and the office calendar
- Handling data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Ensuring client comfort
- Monitoring office supplies and common areas
- Supporting agents with administrative tasks.
**What We’re Looking For**: We need someone dependable, polished, and enthusiastic about client service. Skills and experience ideally include:
- 1 year in customer service, reception, or office administration. Real-estate experience an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational ability
- Proficiency with office software such as Google Workspace
- Multitasking skills; and a positive, resourceful attitude.
