Public Sector Account Executive

With over 10 years of experience, we developed the Canadian Vaccine Catalogue, the CANImmunize app, and most recently, ClinicFlow, an award-winning software solution that has powered COVID-19 immunization campaigns across the country. **What is the opportunity?**
We’re looking for an engaging Public Sector Account Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team and support our growth as a best-in-class immunization software company, with a focus on business development and revenue growth. This person will demonstrate success by comprehensively supporting pursuit of new business opportunities, implementation of strategies, and processes that align with our goals.
**What will you be doing?**:
- Develop and execute sales execution plans for new and existing clients and partners in public sector health organizations. Our intent is to drive meaningful value to our clients as thought leaders and trusted advisors
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key clients and prospects considered existing and new markets for the public sector portfolio
- Work with the product, marketing and business development teams to develop competitive positioning for our solutions
- Assist in developing programs and initiatives designed to increase revenue from existing accounts
- Develop and nurture prospects, clients and partners through networking, attending and participating in events and conferences, public speaking, and other sources
- Prepare and present comprehensive and compelling business presentations to various internal and external constituencies
- Create and interlock business plans with appropriate sales channel/account primes and account plans
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by leading the team to drive real and long standing business value
**What do you need to succeed?**:
- ** Client Strategy Development**:
- Experience in leading client strategy development and execution including strong business management skills (development of client strategies, value propositions, client proposals, client contract development and negotiations)
- Proficiency and genuine appetite to develop a deep understanding of shifting public health priorities and to define new business models and compelling rationale for change that elicits new opportunities for CANImmunize.

Sales Execution**:
- Self-starter who can manage a wide variety of projects while also working well in a team environment
- Ability to develop and effectively manage a sales funnel through leveraging existing relationships and outbound prospecting
- Assist in RFP process including: Opportunity Assessment and Qualification, Conduct
- Track record of consistent overachievement in public sector health
- Collaborative and effective communicator across teams
- **Required Experience**:
- 4+ years’ successful experience in a combination of sales/business development and client experience management ideally in public sector health
- Knowledge of current trends in public sector and patient-centric healthcare an asset
- Record of achievement in successfully meeting business development, client relationship and strategy objectives
- Demonstrated success in executing a business and/or account plan with mínimal direction
- Excellent presentation and writing skills

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Clinical designations and experience a strong asset
- Professional Sales certification(s) is a strong asset
