**Operator Auto Press**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operation of various tonnage presses and PLC controlled equipment.
- Operate various tonnage presses.
- Knowledge and understanding of PLC controls.
- Loading and unloading of coil fed operations.
- Use various measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshooting for poor quality product.
- Meet production targets as set forth by the company.
- Fixture checks for part quality assurance and document information.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ability to follow instruct and retain information.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Must be Team Minded.
- Standing for long periods of time, up to 12 hours.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons. Midnights and weekends.
- Ability to lift 23 kg (50 Ibs)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of dies, presses, and press controls (start up, shut down, safety devices).
