**We are looking for an Assistant Bakery Manager for our St. Laurent Shopping Center, location to join our team.**

**Our mission is to spread warmth - not only in our Bakeries, but also in our community. As a member of the management team, the Assistant Bakery Manager will assist in operational, business, and personnel targets achieved for the bakery.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and managing the day-to-day store operations
- Help identify staffing needs, staff planning, and schedule development based on work demands
- Adherence to the brand identity
- Provides proper training to all sales staff
- Conducting Interviews
- Provide proper training to all sales staff
- Serving as a coach, leader and mentor to all direct reports
- Commitment to the policies, processes and expectations of the company
- Maintaining a customer-first mindset; addressing issues and complaints identified by staff and/or customers
- Maintain and present a clean and organized store at all times
- All other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Two or three years of retail/food experience and/or related Associate degree
- Ability to positively affect bakery sales and profits
- Ability to train and motivate the crew to exceed the Guest’s expectations
- Ability to internally develop Crew Leaders and Assistant Managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
