**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and patching up minor damage.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor for resolution.
- Assist with setting up or moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain grounds, including landscaping, mowing, operating a string trimmer, pruning branches.
- Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings
- **Cleaning Duties**:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the buildings.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, Showers, and common areas.
- Dust, polish, and clean surfaces, furniture, and windows.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as walkways and parking lots.
- Restock cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper cleaning materials.
- Maintain organized records of maintenance requests, cleaning schedules, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
- Ensuring ongoing communication with Manager

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience; Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clean background/criminal check required.
- Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and handle maintenance requests efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
