**Are you a systems thinker with a heart for community and a love for great food?**Island Bagel and Bannock is growing and we’re looking for a **Café & Growth Manager** to join our leadership team. This is a strategic, operations-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to creativity, clarity, and vision.

**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee day-to-day café flow, ensuring staffing, systems, and service are running smoothly.
- Manage staff schedules, shift coordination, and team communication.
- Act as the primary liaison between café staff and ownership supporting a culture of collaboration, care, and accountability.
- Lead inventory systems, ordering, and vendor coordination for food and paper goods.
- Monitor and help manage food and labour costs in alignment with budget goals.

**Growth & Business Development**
- Take a lead role in growing and coordinating our catering services—from orders and quotes to delivery systems and staffing.
- Work with directors and managers to shape and manage budgets (weekly, monthly, and annually).
- Support or coordinate daily social media content that reflects our values, menu, and community presence.
- Assist in strategic planning for growth, new offerings, seasonal menu shifts, and community-based opportunities.

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in hospitality, food service operations, or café/restaurant management.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Confident working with systems, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and point-of-sale.
- A natural leader who supports and uplifts others while keeping things on track.
- Passionate about community, culture, and working in an Indigenous-led environment.
- Experienced in catering event-based food service operations
