Café Supervisor – Ironworks Café & Crêperie (Duncan)

What You'll Do

As our Café Supervisor, you'll help keep our café humming—guiding the team, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
  • Leading by example with positivity, professionalism, and heart.
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Managing opening/closing duties and cash handling.
  • Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs.
  • Handling customer questions and resolving issues with warmth and care.
  • Supporting early-morning catering shifts when scheduled.
