What You’ll Do

As our **Café Supervisor**, you’ll help keep our café humming—guiding the team, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Leading by example with positivity, professionalism, and heart.
- Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
- Managing opening/closing duties and cash handling.
- Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs.
- Handling customer questions and resolving issues with warmth and care.
- Supporting early-morning catering shifts when scheduled.
