Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and creative individual who’s passionate about digital marketing and loves staying ahead of trends. This role combines light operational support with a strong focus on digital marketing to help us shine online and attract new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and edit engaging video content showcasing our services, products, and team.
- Optimize our website and online store (Shopify) for SEO and user experience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase client bookings and product sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide light operational support, such as coordinating daily schedules or inventory updates.

What You Bring:

- Experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation.
- Knowledge of Shopify, SEO best practices, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Creativity and an eye for design to align with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of salon operations is a bonus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
