**Location**: Mississauga, ON.

**Status**: Full-Time (40 hours per week); Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. This is a 12-18 month Temporary position that **qualifies for the ATS Employee Benefits Program**

**About the Position**:
ATS Traffic is currently looking for a Customer Service Professionals (CSP's) to join our Sales Team in the Mississauga branch This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, orders, jobs and tickets for customers in TCR and SalesPad
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
- Handle inquiries for quotes, orders, deliveries and pick-ups, as well as customer concerns
- Invoicing rental customers promptly
- Promote new products to existing customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Take payment on cash sales

**Qualifications**:

- Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers
- Customer service training and/or courses are an asset.
- Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
