**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
The Communications Lead is responsible for drafting all major department communications that are sent to 5000+ external partners, ensuring lululemon is well represented internally and externally. You will manage a communications strategy and create templates for internal and external partners across product education, visual merchandising, partnership/policy reminders, media statements, website updates and much more
- Develops and implements multi-program communications plans to support ad-hoc and multi-year initiatives
- Manages communications content calendar incorporating internal Strategic Sales channel, company/store-wide, Partner and Guest communications.
- Designs innovative ways of delivering information, including recommending best practices for usability, accessibility, and navigation.
- Executes and maintains quality assurance across communication guides, standards, and templates.
- Manages development and maintenance of a wide variety of communication templates and informational materials including internal communications, wholesale site standard responses and FAQs, partner journey and onboarding, product releases and education, policy reminders and operations rollouts.
- Serves as the primary liaison with PR, Corporate Communications, Retail Operations, GEC, Digital Engagement and Digital Product Management teams.
- Leads issues management for projects, and coordinates responses, FAQs, standard responses, and education.
- Understands change management importance and can effectively communicate change through clear and informative communications and visual content
- Solicits and actions feedback to improve and evolve our communication strategy and deliverables
- Always has your eyes peeled for opportunities to improve and enhance how we support our Account Managers in market as well as our overall partner, team and guest experience

qualifications
- 5+ years of dynamic experience in communications and/or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or a related field
- Proven writing ability to translate complex issues into simple narratives and messages for different and diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in strategic communications planning, objective setting and plan execution
- Ability to work at both the strategic level (generating new ideas) and at the tactical level (executing initiatives)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality while managing multiple projects
- You are organized and care deeply about producing high quality work
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create and present executive level materials
- Strong ability to connect with different departments to come up with innovative solutions that benefit everyone involved
- Passion for internal engagement and employee experience
