LLS Contracting is a modern maintenance business that completes a number of residential and commercial sidewalks. We have a modern equipment and can provide year round work.

Retention bonus for those who stay the whole season

**Responsibilities**
- Snow removal from sidewalks using sweepers, blowers and shovel
- Ice removal using sand, salt and chipping
- Unloading and loading equipment
- Using a app to record work completed
- Driving with a small trailer

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory valid Alberta driver’s license with abstract certifying clean driving record.
- Minimum Grade 12, some post-secondary education preferred.
- Previous snow removal experience with strong environmental practices.
- Skilled in time management, prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
- Able to attend to details and follow instructions.
- Able to work independently, quickly and safely.
- Possess good communication, organization and teamwork skills.
- Computer skills are an asset.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Ability to work long shifts 8-12 hours in duration on successive days
- Ability to move heavy objects
- Lifting and Carrying 44-66lbs.
- Pushing and Pulling 75lbs.
- Bending, kneeling and repetitive tasks/movements
- Working in variety of weather conditions, with temperature ranges of -30c to +30c

Expected start date: 2022-02-21
