Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
- Demonstrate effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
**Experience**
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or product demonstrations
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
- Experience in upselling techniques and customer service excellence is a plus
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy and inventory counts are required
