Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door (Telecom) Join to apply for the Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door (Telecom) role at Acosta Group. Overview Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door (Telecom) role overseeing field sales activities and leading teams to achieve growth within telecom programs. What You’ll Do Lead and manage up to 7 District Managers and their field sales teams. Own regional performance and crush monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive execution across Bell-style residential products (internet, TV, mobility). Spend 70–75% of your time in the field, coaching, riding, and holding teams accountable. Build and execute territory strategies to maximize penetration and conversion. Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and take fast corrective action. Recruit, train, and develop top-performing D2D sales talent. Ensure compliance, quality standards, and client expectations are met at all times. Lead teams working outdoors year-round and maintain high safety standards.
