Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage admissions inquiries and registration, ensuring a positive family experience.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with current families, potential families, donors, alumni, corporations, and foundations.
- Develop and implement short
- and long-term fundraising strategies aligned with school goals.
- Lead major gift and multi-year funding initiatives to support long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with the parent council and volunteers to enhance community engagement.
- Prepare and finalize donor agreements, acknowledgments, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare and finalize rental agreements.
- Model and uphold the school’s values of respect, caring, integrity, and partnership.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Fundraising, Business, Communications, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A CFRE designation or membership in AFP/CAGP is considered an asset.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or community development.
- Demonstrated success in securing major gifts and managing donor portfolios.
- Experience in event coordination.
- Experience in the education or non-profit sector is an asset.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer programs.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends.
