**Role Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve leasing inquiries from prospects and brokers.
- Update and create various report tools for leasing purposes. As well as manage recurring monthly and weekly reports and update internal stacking plans regularly.
- Request and co-ordinate professional services such as unit remeasurement requests
- Coordination with the operations department for access to the premises for tours.
- Updating internal directories for outstanding or executed documents.
- Organizing department files. Reports/Centralization of information for the leasing department.
- Participation in various internal and external meetings.
- Update internal directories of sample documents.
- Coordination of files between departments.
- Administrative support for ongoing projects.
- Coordinating, scheduling and confirming meetings.
- Follow-up and process suppliers and commission invoices (Yardi codes, data verification, approvals, internal billing follow-up, etc.)
- Follow-up on legal documents, identification of legal priorities and preparation of deal Waivers.
- Preparation of listing agreements, commission agreements and confidentiality agreements. As well as miscellaneous letters/communications and documents upon request.
- Request and follow up of approvals and signature requests with management & senior management.
- Assist with preparation of Budgets, including inserting budget assumptions into Yardi
- With assistance of leasing managers/direct represent the leasing team in ongoing discussions with Yardi to develop reporting capabilities (weekly/monthly)
- Manage various departmental administrative tasks and office management tasks

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a combination of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a role involving similar tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required and French is an asset. Knowledge of French is helpful as you will work with colleagues, internal stakeholders, partners and tenants across Canada.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A team-player; you are willing to step in and lend a hand as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and time management skills to effectively collaborate within the organization.
