**Role Summary**

As a Leasing Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Vice President, Leasing. You will provide administrative support to the leasing team, prepare brochures and be responsible for marketing vacant spaces while ensuring compliance with marketing material guidelines. You will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to make an impact while supporting our clients.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Preparation of brochures and visuals
- Manage on-site display (signs, banners, stickers)
- Updating information on our website and various digital platforms
- Receive and dispatch leads
- Extraction, verification and transmission of data
- Update our availability list
- Gather information specific to the vacant units (plans, photos, brochures, etc.)
- Administrative support for ongoing projects
- Participation in various internal and external meetings
- Coordination with various departments and external collaborators
- Requests and follow-up of professional services
- Request and follow-up approvals from management and senior executives
- Handling supplier invoices
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes
- Event planning

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing communication or a combination of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a role involving similar tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English are required. Knowledge of English is required as you will work with colleagues, internal stakeholders, partners, and tenants across Canada.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A team-player; you are willing to step in and lend a hand as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and time management skills to effectively collaborate within the organization.
