**Summary**

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Sherwood Park. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences by providing expert advice on vehicle services and repairs, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care for their Nissan vehicles.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
- Provide detailed information about services and repairs needed
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer requirements
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to upsell services effectively
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
- Proficiency in cash handling is preferred but not essential

Pay: $46,746.67-$99,702.05 per year
