We are currently looking for a Temporary (8-month) Order Desk Representative to work at our head office in Edmonton, AB. This position is primarily responsible for taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service & product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take down customer information to process order
- Input data into system
- Inform customer of prices and products
- Ensure payment information is accurate and collect payment
- Process orders, send invoicing, and distribute receipts
- Coordinate between customers, dispatcher and sales team
- Take direct telephone calls from customers
- Follow up on orders

**Qualifications**:

- High school degree or equivalent
- College or University diploma or degree (preferred)
- 1+ year’s experience in customer service, order taking, or similar environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

**Hours of work**:

- Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm with a Saturday rotation.
