**What you'll do**:
- Health & Safety, willing to be trained in First Aid as well as become a Joint Health & Safety Member
- Process and file invoices for payment.
- Reconciliations of quantity and cost of product received
- Resolving discrepancies related to the receiving of product.
- Entering cost adjustments and create debit notes as required by the circumstances
- Processing expenses productively and accurately.
- Verifying the correctness of supplier invoices in terms of amount, date, originating PO, discounts, taxes, etc.
- To properly maintain our Vendor File and Vendor Purchase Divisions in our system
- To help with Accounts Payable Auditing procedures as requested by Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
**What we need**:
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficient skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Efficient time management and organization skills and a strong mathematical ability.
- High level focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Positive and effective communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem solving skills
