**Overview**:
We are currently working with a logistics company based in North York that is seeking a highly capable and proactive Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role, driving the financial operations of a dynamic company with significant growth potential.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all financial operations, including AP, AR, and payroll
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain and manage the companys P&L, ensuring profitability and financial health
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial management
- Provide financial analysis and reports to the CEO to support business growth
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Mentor and develop members of the finance team as the company grows

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** CA or CPA designation is essential**:

- Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
- Strong background in financial reporting, AP/AR, and P&L management
- Expertise in QuickBooks is essential
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and provide strategic financial insights
