**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
