Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Scrum Master to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $95.22 to $108.48 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
- Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to team's direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivery leadership.
- Supports an environment where team freely escalates challenges; facilitate change through positive reinforcement of successes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Certified Scrum Master and 8+ years of Scrum Master experience for Technology Projects
- Experience with managing delivery of Data Network Infrastructure projects
- Enterprise controls or data governance experience
- Experience in a Canadian banking institution
- Strong Risk Management capabilities to prevent impediments
- Strong communication skills/Executive level communication
