**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Process and record payments
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certified in Standard First Aid and CPR
- Strong customer service skills
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
