**About the Role**
- Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am and 11:59pm - 7:59am_
- Must be able to work _weekends and holidays

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Night Office is responsible for ensuring the areas of resort are running smoothly and that the staff and guests are comfortable during the night by checking all guest, staff and maintenance areas, answering phones and doing office duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive punctually in the proper clean and pressed uniform
- Knowledge of the computer system for basic services such as checking in/out guests, registering guests, troubleshooting system errors and manually changing the days date forward every night
- Knowledge of the resort operations and layout, amenities and general resort policies
- Respond to any guest questions or concerns
- Completing facility rounds every hour to ensure the property and fire alarm systems are in working order and required areas remained locked until the morning
- Answer all phone calls that may come and record any staff absence calls throughout night
- Ensuring all required areas are unlocked in the morning
- Relay any messages or concerns to the management upon their arrival in the morning

Job Specification:

- Strong adaptability and problem solving abilities is a must
- Customer service experience and computer knowledge an asset
- Reliability is a must
- Criminal reference check is required

Pay: $17.20 per hour
