**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and present dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a sushi chef.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation.
- Familiarity with various sushi styles (e.g., nigiri, sashimi, maki) and traditional Japanese cuisine is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to speak and understand Korean will be a major asset.

Pay: $17.21-$25.45 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
